In this 1 day Access Bars® Class you will learn to gift this to someone else. You will learn what energy points to touch to get the energy running through these Bars. These Bars are energy channels that connect to different life-themes and by gently touching these 32 points on the head, the charge that is stored here is released.
When you undergo an Access Bars® session, you release heavy energies such as feelings, thoughts and emotions that hold you back and it creates space and lightness in the body and mind. This makes moving forward a lot easier and lighter.

The great thing about the Access Bars® Class is that you not only learn the Access Bars®, but also receive simple but powerful tools that you can use daily to step out of your current patterns and create a life with more freedom and lightness.
How can it get any better than this?
With Access Bars® you learn to reduce tension in a simple way. The body relaxes and enters a deep state of rest. It has been scientifically proven that the brain goes from the alert Beta state to the deep relaxing Theta state during a treatment. This is the stage just before you fall asleep. When you are in this deep relaxation, your body can work on recovery, on clearing ingrained behavior patterns and blocking beliefs.
What you learn in an Access Bars® Class
In an Access Bars® Class you get to know the Access Bars® points and what they stand for. You will receive an explanation and a video from the founders of Access Consciousness and Access Bars®; Dr. Dain Heer and Gary Douglas. You will also become acquainted with other tools and techniques that you can use in daily life. And of course you will practice. You exchange a session 2 times this day so that you receive and give. How nice is this?
Everything is well explained in the manual and you also get a couple of handy head charts.

When I discovered Access Bars® I noticed that in a relaxed and simple way I could support others in letting go of old stored ballast. Even when they don’t feel like talking about it. It was like a new world opened up for me. A world where progress, change, letting go and development arise from ease and lightness. That made me so happy that I was eager to pass this on.
My background as a coach and Journey Practioner fits in very well with using the tools of Access Consciousness. Really what a gift and convenience. I’d love to learn more about it. So I did.

Practical

- Time: from 9.30am – 5pm
- Coffee / tea / water / sweet and salty snacks and a cup of soup with bread are provided. The soup is vegan and there are also rice crackers.

Is this only for professionals?
This day is for anyone who wants to learn this. Whether you want to use it professionally or just for friends and family.
Is it difficult to learn?
It’s easy to learn and the more you do it the more fun it gets.
Is this also for children?
Children can certainly participate and are also encouraged to come along. You can bring 1 child under the age of 15 for free per parent. For a 16 or 17 year old you pay 190€.
How do I register my son/daughter?
Super that your son or daughter is coming along. The most convenient thing is if you mention when registering that you are bringing him or her and their name and age.
How does the payment work?
You will receive a payment link from me in advance. Once you have paid, your spot is reserved.
You will receive the invoice after your payment has been received and processed.
